Of all the classes I've taken, I enjoy Regina's the most. The classes are always different, which makes exercise that can be boring more enjoyable.
Barre Above is a fun and nicely paced workout option for all body types, ages, and abilities. It is a combination of pilates, yoga and strength training that requires minimal prior knowledge and equipment. Regina's warm, confident personality makes you feel welcome and energized!

I met Regina about 10 years ago when I took her Zumba class three times a week. They were so much fun and she changed the class every time. Regina moved on to personal training so I started training with her. Once again, she changes things up and listens to what you say. She's the best!!
