Barre Above® is a totally unique approach to barre workouts. Fusing the best of pilates, yoga, aerobics, and elements of the strengthening exercises dancers do, Barre Above® delivers a results-driven workout that is not only fun and dynamic, but it will sculpt your body and get you into absolutely amazing shape.
Wednesday evening classes will feature high intensity cardio intervals for a total body conditioning workout.
This class is perfect for those who want to dance, but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles! We've added the challenge of resistance by using Zumba® Toning Sticks (or light weights), to help focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged!
The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong.
